I finally got to talk to my grandparents.
The good news: They didn’t go hungry during the storm because a drum of rice did not get wet and the food inside the floating ref did not spoil. What a miracle! God really does provide.

While LGUs and the local Red Cross are yet to provide relief for Aklan, the blog entry I re-posted below has generated support from UAE.
